NIPPATTU

INGREDIENTS:-

Rice flour- 2 cups
All purpose flour- 1 cup
Roasted channa flour-1/4 cup
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp/( according to your taste)
Whole roasted channa- 1 cup
Peanuts- 1/2 cup crushed coarsely
Curry leaves- chopped 2 strings
Cilantro -1/4 cup finely chopped
Cumin seeds- 1tsp
sesame seeds- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

Procedure:-
  • Dry mix all the above said ingredients. Heat 1 tbsp of oil and add it to the dry mix.
  • Then add water, make the dough. Divide the dough into even sized balls.
  • Take a small sized dough, and make it round in shape on a butter paper/ on any greased surface.
  • Deep fry in oil. Nippattus are ready to eat.
