QUILLING/FILIGREE:-
This is my first try on quilling. I made this greeting card for my BIL's Paper Anniversery. Isn't it beautiful?

GREETING CARD

I call this quilling as FLORAL FANTASY, it has 40 flowers , each one is unique. One of my fav filigree.

This one is for a friend's Baby Shower Photo frame- quilling over thread work

I believe in "TRASH TO TREASURE" (In kannada, kasadinda Rasa). I made these 3 holders by using Yogurt containers. They can be used as spoon stands, napkin holders or pen stands.
Let me tell u how I made them with the available resources. Just wrap aluminium foil around the container, and draw whatever design u like by using marker pens. Here i have drawn some geometrical shapes and on one I have drawn WORLI. Isn't it so easy?

ONE STROKE PAINTING:-
Though my mom is a good painting artist ,I never bothered to learn painting from her. After seeing Donna Dewberry’s show, I got interest in one stroke painting.

In one stroke painting, holding and pressing the brush is important. If one learns that, its fun painting!!!!!!!!!!!!

How abt this? Just tried few flowers and leaves.

BLACK AND WHITE: This one is my favorite.
