MAIDA PAKODA


Ingredients:-

All Purspose flour/ maida- 1 cup

Curd- 2 tbsp

Green chillies- 4 nos.

Chopped onion- 1 no.

Cilantro- chopped 1 cup

Curry leaves - 1 string

Peanuts- 1/2 cup

Salt to taste

Oil to fry

PROCEDURE:-

  • Mix maida and curd, add little water to get thick batter consistency.
  • Add chopped onion, chillies, curry leaves, cilantro, peanuts and salt.
  • Deep fry in oil until pakodas turn golden colour.
  • Serve hot.
